@fhueske Thanks for the review.
I have updated the PR according your comments. And I have extended the
`RowCsvInputFormatTest.testTailingEmptyFields` method for
DOUBLE/FLOAT/BIGINT/BIGDEC/SQL_DATE/SQL_TIME/SQL_TIMESTAMP type. Please have a
look at the change, And feel free to comments if there is any inappropriate
logic.
