[FLINK-9235][Security] Add integration tests for YARN kerberos integration.
## What is the purpose of the change
Add integration tests for YARN kerberos integration.
## Brief change log
- Adapte YARN kerberos integration test to run either in legacy mode and
new mode.
## Verifying this change
This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
- *Added integration tests for end-to-end deployment on YARN cluster with
Kerberos and a streaming job.
