Hi @fhueske
1. The Parameter Server doesn't depend on this implementation. I sent out
an email on the dev list to discuss some architectural issues about Parameter
Server. Barring that, I'm almost done implementing it.
2. Are you sure you meant the PR 906? I seem unable to figure out its
relation with the Parameter Server interface. But I'm not familiar with the
Streaming api, so I couldn't follow through much. I'll have a look at the code
to see if it fits in with the server interface.
