{{ExecutionGraphStopTest}}. High level invocation at {{Dispatcher}} and
{{JobMaster}} level are trivial.
* {{testNullHostnameGoesToLocalhost}} is ported to {{AkkaUtilsTest#"null
hostname should go to localhost"}}
