I did the following changes:
- added Tuple0 to `TupleGenerator.modifyTupleType()`
- changes `LinkedList` to `ArrayList` in TupleGenerator to create code for
`TupleX.java`
- added methods `toString()`, `equals()`, and `hashCode()` to `Tuple0`
(Of course, I run TupleGenerator to test it.)
This PR should be ready for merging now.
