   magic constant, where does it come from? I'm not asking to add a comment, 
but to refactor the code/extract it in a way that it's not magic anymore.
   
   For example:
   ```
   int segmentSize = StringValue.lengthOfEncodedMessage("Test string") + 1;
   ```
