Hi [~hyl], thanks for taking this issue. However, I want to postpone this issue
a bit later, because we are working on restructuring documentation.
The StateBackend pages will receive some big changes.
In order to save the translation effort, I would suggest to translate Gelly,
CEP, connectors first (which is mentioned in
[FLIP-42|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/FLIP-42%3A+Rework+Flink+Documentation]).
