Now，the information of vertex schedule timeline from
org.apache.flink.runtime.rest.handler.job.SubtasksTimesHandler. We could add
task attempts according to
org.apache.flink.runtime.executiongraph.AccessExecutionVertex#getPriorExecutionAttempt.
