Can I create {{MetricRegistryImpl}} with
{{MetricRegistryConfiguration#defaultMetricRegistryConfiguration}} and use the
non-null {{MetricRegistry #getMetricQueryServiceGatewayRpcAddress}} value as
dummy value after invoke {{MetricRegistryImpl#startQueryService}} for tests?
