One more information: the same {{state-benchmark}} located the regression issue
when we check against RocksDB 5.18.3 and later on reproduced by RocksDB's
{{db_bench}} (more details
[here|https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/issues/5774]), so IMO the
{{state-benchmark}} could reflect well the performance of RocksDB (itself)
under Flink access patterns.
