I agree that this is some advanced debugging, and it's fair enough to assume
advanced users could get it done by themselves. However, for some cases, we may
have no direct access to users' environment and need some information from
RocksDB log to help resolving issues (eg. performance tuning), as community
volunteer or cloud service provider. In such cases I think a configuration may
