[~trohrmann] This issue was opened under the FileSystems component, but is also
relevant for the Kinesis module.
Would you like me to create a PR which takes care for only the S3 case and we
can create a separate issue for the Kinesis case and take care of it separately?
Also, can you suggest a way to test this? I could not locate an equivalent test
in the code-base. Should I just verify this manually using both Hadoop & Presto
jars?
