If you want, then you can create to separate issues. But I would also be fine
with doing the version bump in one go.
For Kinesis you could take a look at
{{flink-end-to-end-tests/test-scripts/test_streaming_kinesis.sh}} and check
whether one can enable IAM roles for Kinesalite. If not, then I guess a manual
test would be required.
For S3 you could take a look at
{{flink-end-to-end-tests/test-scripts/common_s3_minio.sh}} and check whether
one can enable IAM roles for minio. If not, then I guess a manual test would be
required.
