I wonder about the naming here. Maybe this should be
`YARN_RESOURCE_MANAGER_ENV_PREFIX`? Or change
`YARN_APPLICATION_MASTER_ENV_PREFIX` to `YARN_JOB_MANAGER_ENV_PREFIX`?
