## What is the purpose of the change
*This pull request support registering Python UDF in SQL Client.*
## Brief change log
- *Let the Sql client environment file parser module support "from:
python".*
- *Add `flink-python` jar to the classpath of SQL Client.*
- *If the environment file contains python UDF, add the `flink-python` jar
to user jars.*
