For the general comments about some parameters being `internal` and not being configurable through the `configuration`, I agree, but I would say that we should look at these parameters and find out how to expose them to the user properly, and make them accessible to all possible submission ways. This is even more important now that we allow also the user to call `.configure()` on the environments themselves. So I would say, if you agree, to open a new JIRA to track all these parameters, and make them configurable not only through the CLI but in general. This will also be helpful, for example, if we also want to introduce a "library mode" in the future.
