[~trohrmann] I am willing to test the hadoop dependency change. Just want to
align with you about the test items.
* For hbase/orc test, do you mean to add two e2e tests without having
{{flink-shaded-hadoop-*.jar}} in the $FLINK_HOME/lib directory? We expect that
it works well.
* Do we need to verify for different hadoop versions(e.g. 2.4.1, 2.8.3, 3.1.3)?
