[~yunta] We called registerEventTimeTimer of InternalTimerService to trigger
some operations. And we wrote an internal version according to the CEP Library
of Flink 1.6, and did not change the source code of Flink CEP. This problem has
been encountered online for almost half a day. After an exception is thrown,
the task will restart and chckpoint will fail.
