In SPARK-24149 it seems as if there is no consensus whether the change was good
or not. I believe that some people argued that it's the responsibility of HDFS
to figure out which tokens to obtain. If this would be possible (e.g. if would
simply be a configuration question of HDFS), then I would prefer this approach
as it keeps complexity out of Flink.
