Review comment:
`defaultValueForDocumentation` now still differs from the actual runtime
value. It can be still confusing that the default image has a concrete Scala
version 2.12.
I have another suggestion. We have a bunch of options which have
placeholders in the default values, e.g.
`MetricOptions#REPORTER_CONFIG_PARAMETER`.
We could do the same here:
`flink-1.11-scala_<SCALA_VERSION>`
explaining, what the `<SCALA_VERSION>` is, in the option description.
