Is it planned? yes-ish; I do think we plan on releasing 1.10.3/1.11.3, but we
don't have exact dates.
_Could_ it be added? yes, in that it should be possible to cherry-pick the
commit without conflicts to older versions.
_Will_ it be added? Unlikely.
