[~aalexandrov] are we allowed to ship a Kinesis fat jar license-wise? Regarding
a testing strategy, we have a simple test that verifies the shading of the jar
in `flink-sql-client-test/pom.xml` and `test_sql_client.sh`. The runtime
behavior requires an end-to-end test. But we can also verify this manually for
now. We did the same recently for the Confluent schema registry.
