@twalthr that is odd, it passes on my machine and I can see the reactive
streams lib shaded and relocated correctly. Maybe :

The [shade
pattern](https://github.com/apache/flink/blob/master/flink-connectors/flink-connector-kinesis/pom.xml#L309)
looks correct on the connector project. Maybe you need to rebuild the
connector jar locally?
