We currently depend on Calcite 1.5.0. The latest stable release is 1.6.0, but I
propose we bump the version to 1.7.0-SNAPSHOT to benefit from latest features.
If we do that, we can also get rid of the custom
{{FlinkJoinUnionTransposeRule}}.
