[~ZhuShang] I'm not familiar with the last error you posted. You can try {{mvn
-e}} to print more details. Moreover, if you think downgrading maven causes the
issue, you can also try the method [~dwysakowicz] mentioned in his comment. Or,
if the problem only happens with {{flink-end-to-end-tests}}, you can simply
skip building it, I don't think you need that to build flink-dist.
