## What is the purpose of the change This PR depends on https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/14223 (that's why I wrote it into a new page). The Flink on YARN documentation page, completely rewritten from scratch, with the following principles / audiences in mind. ### 1st section: “Getting Started” Beginners guide in session mode for having a cluster running in less than 5 minutes. This is meant for somebody who has a YARN cluster, and wants to quickly try out Flink. ### 2nd section: "Deployment Modes Supported" Intermediate level for quick reference on the different modes. This is meant for somebody who knows Flink already a bit (typical config params), but needs a reference for the different deployment modes. ### 3rd section "Reference" special topics for Flink on YARN, advanced usage. Description of behaviors.
