As Till said, this ticket is currently blocked on FLINK-21075. If you are up
for it, I recently came across a "starter" ticket that should be easy to do,
and help you to familiarize yourself with the Flink codebase and the
contribution process: FLINK-12607
If you are interested in taking that ticket, ping me there, so that I can
assign the ticket to you!
I'll let you know as soon as there's something with the reactive mode or
declarative scheduler where we need a helping hand!
