I think you are running multiple JobManagers or maybe something is wrong with
your Kuberenetes service "flink-jobmanager". Could you please have a try on the
pod IP address? You could find the full yaml files here[1]. The most important
changes are about the '--host' argument and '_POD_IP_ADDRESS' env setting.
