Rui Li commented on FLINK-21637:
--------------------------------
The logical plan is:
{noformat}
== Abstract Syntax Tree ==
LogicalProject(s=[$0])
+- LogicalFilter(condition=[=(2021-03-05 20:35:01, CAST($1):TIMESTAMP(0))])
+- LogicalTableScan(table=[[default_catalog, default_database, src, source:
[CollectionTableSource(s, ts)]]])
{noformat}
So calcite casts the {{ts}} column to TIMESTAMP(0), which I think is wrong.
> Wrong results when filtering by timestamp type

> TestCollectionTableFactory.reset()
> TestCollectionTableFactory.initData(
> Collections.singletonList(Row.of("a",
> LocalDateTime.parse("2021-03-05T20:35:01.1"))))
> tEnv.executeSql("create table src(s string,ts timestamp) with('connector'
> = 'COLLECTION')")
> val results = CollectionUtil.iteratorToList(
> tEnv.executeSql("select s from src where timestamp '2021-03-05
> 20:35:01' = ts").collect())
> assertEquals(0, results.size())
> }
> {code}
