@Myasuka I believe this is a useful feature and nice to have in 1.13 release, but would suggest to wait for a full review from Stephan. @StephanEwen is it ok if we merge this one after feature freeze? I think this would be a useful one for production usage (and Kafka streams already has similar feature as its [state store monitoring](https://kafka.apache.org/documentation/#kafka_streams_store_monitoring)), so I suggest to include it in 1.13 release.
