Very minimal updates on the documentation

The Script to create a Versioned View was missing a "," at Line 3
If any user copying this script and create their versioned view it will result
below error
[ERROR] Could not execute SQL statement. Reason:
org.apache.flink.sql.parser.impl.ParseException: Encountered "update_time" at
line 4, column 2.
Was expecting one of:
"CONSTRAINT" ...
"NOT" ...
...
The proposed change is to add "," to Line 3 to correctly pass the semantic check
