The most recent build failed with `UnalignedCheckpointStressITCase` missing `chk` folder in the middle of traversal, after the job finished. I've looked into it and I think it is unrelated: that last checkpoint was aborted and scheduled for cleanup; this cleanup runs concurrently with the traversal.
