Hey, @rkhachatryan , thanks very much for the clean-up. LGTM with minor
suggestions.
1. Transitive dependency in test-utils. Use the default (compile) as
discussed (commented in-line) ?
2. In flink-formats/flink-sequence-file, `flink-statebackend-changelog` can
be removed as well?
