Hi @AHeise, Thanks for the feedback. I don't think there was any explicit reason behind adding it to the Elasticsearch Sink, it just so happened to align with a use-case that I was working on. I wouldn't at all mind adding it to a more appropriate area or at least the interfaces such that these could be used generically or with multiple different sinks. Any recommendations on that would be appreciated - as I don't know how much sense this particular implementation makes if we'd prefer to go down a genericized DynamicSink / SinkRouter path.
