Review comment:
       For users to pass the parameters and return IterationBodyResult, they 
need to construct the `DataStreamList` with several named datastreams. The 
utility avoids they have to write codes like
   
   ```
   new DataStreamList(Arrays.asList(datastream1, datastream2));
   ```
