## What is the purpose of the change
This pull request refactors the interface of connector testing framework in
order to support more test scenarios, such as testing sink, savepoint, metric
and Table / SQL API.

- Refactor interfaces of connector testing framework to support more
scenarios
- Refactor test environments and test suite under the new interface of
testing framework
- Refactor Kafka tests based on the new connector testing framework interface
- Refactor Pulsar tests based on the new connector testing framework
interface
- Refactor Avro bulk format tests based on the new connector testing
framework interface
