Hi @mxm, I've added the changes to rename `registeredWorkers` into
`startedWorkers` and in the same wake I renamed the `RegisterResource` message
into a `NotifyResourceStarted` message which reflects better its current usage.
If you want, then you can take another look.
There is still some travis issue with the `YarnFlinkResourceManagerTest`
case. Somehow the `YarnFlinkResourceManager` is not being started properly. I'm
investigating.
