## What is the purpose of the change
this pr is part of FLIP-190, aims at adding support new syntax of statement
set proposed in FLIP-190
## Brief change log
- *introduce new syntax: statement set begin insert into T1 select * from
T2; insert into T1 select * from T2; end *
- *support execute a DML/Query with a EXECUTE key word*
- *note: SQL client doesn't support the new syntax in this pr, will be
solved as a next step
## Verifying this change
This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
- *added new statement set test in both parser and planner*
