We already have a working fix in the attached PR. This has very little to do
with the classloader that actually loads the hadoop dependencies, it's more
about what protection domains are on the callstack when the hadoop threads are
spawned.
Anyway, I'm still not confident that the complexity of the fix outweights
leaking a single classloader only when using web submission.
