Replace deprecated class, update doc, and fix typos
## Brief change log
- Refactoring - replace the deprecated `ParquetAvroWriters` with the
`AvroParquetWriters`
- Update doc to use `AvroParquetWriters`
- typos fix in `StreamExecutionEnvironment`
