glossary issue here.
The word "Reporter" is not in the
[Glossary|[https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/Flink+Translation+Specifications]]
The corresponding Chinese word for "Reporter" can be "报送端/发送端/上报端", and the
"Metric Reporter" can be translated to "指标报送端/指标发送端/指标上报端"，so which Chinese
word will be better?
