BTW, should we just set the Checkpoint Type that mentioned above to
CheckpointType.CHECKPOINT ?
Now my company solve the problem in this way to enable the incremental
checkpoint write.
And we can switch the snapshot strategy (incremental or full) by setting
rocksDB backend.
