Summary: Provide an additional way to add dependency files to k8s

In the yarn environment, we can submit the dependency files of the task through
the parameter of 'yarn.ship-files', but in two modes of k8s:
1.Application mode: dependencies must be put into the image, resulting in
different images for each different task
2.Session mode: No relevant parameters have been found to add dependent files
Do we need to provide a way to add some dependencies of the task itself when
the job is submitted in session mode?
