We could store the jobstatus/state field in lowercase if that makes it look
nicer but those 2 fields refer to 2 different things.
spec/job/state refers to the application/sessionjob deployment state which can
be either running/suspended
jobstatus/state refers to the actual flink jobState which can be a number of
different thins like starting/running/failing/restarting/cancelled etc.
