It's merged so now green light. At the moment what we can test is that Flink
obtains tokens but since the token propagation to task managers is not
available it's can't be used for real authentication for now. The other thing
is that please don't remove the old token obtain functionality for HBase
because I don't think that we can implement and test everything in 1.16. This
is super sensitive feature which must be rock stable.
