Hi [~gaborgsomogyi] , thanks for your suggestions. I will draft the PR at this
moment to implement the HBase delegation provider but don't make it not visible
to the delegation token manager(Don't add the service in META-INF.services). In
this way, Flink will still use the old token obtain functionality for HBase.
