   *  when run test 
`org.apache.flink.connector.jdbc.table.JdbcLookupTableITCase.testLookup` in 
local idea,the jar of calcite-core.jar is loaded before  mudule of 
flink-table-planner ,lead to  ValidatorImpl.class in calcite-core.jar load 
priority*
