I've checked it locally and found that `WindowDistinctAggregateITCase` fails
with `Exceeded checkpoint tolerable failure threshold`, which is preceeded by

Do you know what may be the reason?
It seems unrelated to this change, so I'd open a ticket for investigation
and temporarily increase `TolerableCheckpointFailureNumber` in the affected
tests, WDYT?
