   Thanks a lot for the revision. I did test based on the latest commit on my 
YARN cluster:
   the demo jar is reading/writing kafka with flink but  the kafka sql 
connector jar is not packaged.
   ##### Verify using yarn.provided.usrlib.dir=hdfs:///usrlib

   Also verified cases that remote `usrlib` will be used first when bot local 
and remote `usrlib` exists.
