FLIP-234 introduced a LOOKUP hint which support suggest planner to use sync or
async lookup function by hint option 'async' = 'false' or 'true', also the
planner prefers an async lookup when a connector has both sync and async lookup
capabilities.
As discussed in the mailing list before
([https://lists.apache.org/thread/9k1sl2519kh2n3yttwqc00p07xdfns3h]), this
'lookup.async' option should be deprecated and refactor the hbase table source
to expose both async and sync lookup capabilities to planner, so that users can
switch to use the new query hint
